Our success has created a full time or part time career opportunity for an experienced Clinic Coordinator / MOA / Office Administrator in our Gibsons sleep clinic.

This individual is responsible for ensuring the success of Snore MD’s Sleep Apnea patient experience. The position requires availability Saturdays.

The Qualifications We Seek:

  • A mature, confident individual that enjoys taking control and leading the charge

  • A passion for customer service and building patient relationships

  • Relevant training or experience in the medical field, such as Medical Office Assistant, Retail Medical (physio, optometry) or Sleep Clinic Assistant is an asset but not mandatory

  • Relevant training or experience in the medical field, such as Medical Office Assistant, Retail Medical (physio, optometry) or Sleep Clinic Assistant

  • A desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Self-motivated to balance and organize a number of responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment, while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
